It is offical

It's been a very long haul but today we were granted our 501 (c) (3)

There are so many people to thank for making this happen ! Here are just a few!

Don Kornrumpf and Ed Shillingburg, who wrote the application
Claire Bridgeo and Marge Kilkelly from Senator King's office, who found the IRS advocate
Kaighn Smith, John Kaminski, and Chris Stevenson of Drummond Woodsum, who established the the BFSA as a Maine State non-profit corporation
Steven Theodore and Chuck Mainville, who got the process started
Merry Chapin, who provided the steady, continuous support

Maine's First Ship, KELT/ BTLT and Main Street Bath for lending fiscal sponsorship during the process.

All volunteers!  This support and dedication of the board and the community is truly inspiring!

Together we will continue to make the Bath Freight Shed the resource for this community that we all know it can be !

Thank you.
